I have installed the desktop app, but there is no audio; any suggestions?

Here are a few suggestions to check:

1. after installation, please allow the OraStream player application to load when you encounter the browser security question requesting permission to do so;

2. click on User >> Settings to ensure that an active audio output device has been selected;

The active output device selected should be the default playback device on your PC.
