How To Remotely Access BRIO Server Using Cellular Router?

Check to ensure the cellular (3G/4G) WiFi router is enabled for UPnP.

UPnP stands for Universal Plug and Play. It allow devices to connect seamlessly and simplify implementation of home networks for data sharing, communications and entertainment. OraStream Brio uses UPnP to automatically forward a port on the router, saving you the hassle of forwarding ports manually.

If it is not enabled by default on your router, you would need to enable it. Generally, the steps to enable uPnP are as follows:

Step 1 Open a web browser and type the IP address of the cellular (wireless) router in the address bar Please check your router manufacturer's documentation to find the IP address, default user name and password. Press Enter.

Step 2 Enter default username and password.

Step 3 Click the Setting tab then click Firewall to the left. 

Step 4 Under UPnP Settings section, select Enabled using the radio buttons to enable UPnP on the wireless router, or select Disabled using the radio buttons to disable it.

Step 5 Click Apply and then click Continue to save the new settings. (Router will now reboot with new settings).
